I suppose I'm updating for the sake of updating. I haven't posted anything in ages, so I doubt many of you really care about reading this.

Christmas is in a few days. I'm really busy; I have no money; I have so much to do.

The only regularly updating thing that's keeping me on dA is probably the Warrior U comics. Go check them out. I also have a ton of other people that have kept my attention (whether I comment their things or not), though they update rather sporadically.

I'm 18 today. Maybe I'll look into commission and PayPal if any of you are interested.

I need to ship out Sarah's Dr. Horrible, but I have done no other Frankendollie work. Unless you have a REALLY fun request, I probably won't wanna make it. Fun for me would be OCs, quirky characters and other things. For example, Jack Krauser's body type is big, he has unusual scares and an easy, but interesting outfit. He is fun. I have no plans to do doubles of anything right now either.

I was in a show. It was a dorky show, but everyone said our acting was good.

I found something else I'm good at: Powderpuff Football. I was a last minute replacement. I joined up the morning of the big game, and was taught to play football in the hour beforehand. I was a linebacker; broke the line, accidentally punched a girl in the face and made the last saving tackle. It was a good day

SH5 is fucking awesome. I've been too busy to play, so I'm still at the first real boss battle. You know, the thing is hanging from the ceiling and you have to hit it in the meat-sacks

Obviously, I have no time for Frankendollies right now. I'm finishing Sarah's and they're on hiatus for an indefinite amount of time. I've got a lot of work to get done (I just had three AP Lab write-ups due on Friday). If I do have time, I may mess around with my own ideas, but realistically, I probably won't have the motivation to make a ton of just one or two characters. I want to apologize for this.

Okay, so we have parts for the show.

It's called "Jekyll's Hydes" and it's sort of a modern, teenage spoof of The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I'm playing a know-it-all, unfunny Hermione Granger type character named Mary Riley. It's one of those parts that you read and go, "I can play this, but I'm surprised that I got it."
I usually have those ridiculous, over the top, hilarious characters. Then I read that she wears a kilt, has Braveheart makeup on, and speaks with a BAD Scottish accent to impress her crush (and fails epically). And I was like, "Oh..." when I got to it. I knew why I got that part.
So I'm looking forward to it.

Anyone know something that I can watch that will help me with my fake Scottish accent?

I just auditioned last night for the play this year, called Jekyll's Hydes. It's a spoof on, you guessed it, The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. It takes place in modern day, where a boy named Henry Jekyll tries to make a substance that can make him stay up all night to finish his project. His Hydes are a dog, a Buddy Love character, an old blind man, and a female Scottish whore.
Mrs. Harrison (no relation to Tony Harrison) is on top of everything and is posting the cast list this morning.

I'm either gonna be the know-it-all, Hermione-esque student, or I'm gonna be the Scottish whore. If it's the latter, that means I'll have to perfect an accent, and though it's much harder than the Brooklyn accent, I think I could do it. Besides, I had an excellent teacher for that other accent *points to top of journal*

I've got quite a few people interested in the Franken-Dollies, so I'm gonna formally open up commissions to everyone.

DOLLIES: I'll make any character, famous person or any OCs. Basically anything you'd want Don't be afraid to ask for something I'm not familiar with. I'll keep the measurements of all the dollies I make, so that if you want more clothes for a doll that I've already sent to you, I can hopefully make them

PRICES: Around $10 (plus mailing costs) for one doll, fully clothed.
_{It really depends on how elaborate the character needs to be. I pride myself on the little details, and some characters are more complex then others. I'd be charging more for tattoos, crazier outfits, etc. For example, it takes a lot more time and effort to make a suit than a t-shirt and jeans.}

PAYMENT: I don't have PayPal, so payment can be sent in the form of cash or check. You don't have to pay until I post a preview of the doll. When you're happy with it, you can send the money and when I get it, I'll send the doll.

LASTLY: Keep in mind, I'm in the middle of my senior year of high school right now. I will consistently work on commissions, but I also have other things to worry about, like lab reports and projects. And these dolls take a lot of time to make.
