I think this was originally demonstrating Steve all cracked-out on energy drinks. But now I just like to think that it's random solo nekkid romp through the Ashford estate as Alfred chases his skinny little butt with his gun.




And you know that Wesker now regrets recovering Steve's body because he has to deal with this crap every day now.
